Media delegate flights to GoMedia Canada (including pre- and post-event FAM tours) are included with your registration. Flights will be booked by your Destination Canada representative. You will be provided with more details upon registration.

Media delegate accommodation at GoMedia Canada from September 9-13, 2020, is included with your registration. When registering for GoMedia Canada, please indicate your arrival and departure dates and any special requests.

You are welcome to extend your stay, however arrivals prior to September 9 and departures after September 13 are subject to availability and additional fees may apply. Please contact your Destination Canada Representative or the GoMedia Canada Project Office for more information.

You will have the pleasure of staying at one of our two official host hotels – the Fairmont Empress and Marriott Victoria Inner Harbour. Hotel assignments will be confirmed the week of August 24, 2020. If you do not receive a confirmation email by August 31, 2020, please contact the GoMedia Canada Project Office.
